Orders and payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, plus buy-now-pay-later options including Sezzle, AfterPay, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Does SugarBabies sell used items?

Never. We only sell the highest-quality products brand new. We do not sell consignment and we do not resell opened items, so you always receive a brand-new product when you order with us.

Do you have a rewards program?

Yes. Earn one point for every dollar spent on a qualifying online purchase, redeemable in our Rewards Store. Rewards earned in store can be used online and vice versa. A valid account is required, and points are deducted if a product is returned.

Shipping and pickup

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders over $99.99 shipped within the contiguous United States qualify for free ground shipping, and all furniture bundles ship free.

How long will my order take?

We get most orders out within 24 hours, and standard shipping typically takes 2 to 5 business days. Furniture orders take 3 to 5 days to process before shipping.

Can I pick up my order locally?

Absolutely. Choose in-store or curbside pickup at checkout and pick up free from our Sumner showroom. We will call you when your order is ready.

Returns and car seats

What is your return policy?

You may return a non-custom online item within 30 days of receipt for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Items should be unused and in their original, unopened packaging. For safety reasons, all car seat purchases are final sale.

Can you help me install my car seat?

Yes. We have a certified CPST on staff. Book a complimentary 30-minute consult with Jessie to install your seat correctly. Your consult is free with any SugarBabies car seat purchase.
