SugarBabies strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and a fabulous shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your on-line, non-custom item, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days from the date received. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must be attached. Oversize items may require a nominal restocking fee. Upon receipt of your approved return, SugarBabies will issue a refund, store credit, or ship the item you selected in exchange.
Custom-designed items, personalized items, and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are custom, personalized or made-to-order are sometimes but not always noted in either the product description.
SugarBabies offers Checkout+ to customers to provide free return shipping. Customers that take advantage of our Checkout+ option will receive a prepaid label through our portal for any returns request. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Labels should be purchased through our customer portal
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs. This also applies to orders that have qualified for free shipping.
Due to strict safety regulations, all car seat purchases are final and cannot be returned.

In-Store Exchange Policy
We gladly accept merchandise purchased in store for exchange or store credit only.
