Online return policy

If you are not completely satisfied with an online, non-custom item, you may return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of the date received. Items should be unused and in their original, unopened boxes. Clothing must be unworn with tags attached. To start a return, begin here.

Free returns with Checkout+

Customers who add Checkout+ at checkout receive a prepaid return label for any return request. If you opt out, you are responsible for return shipping. We cannot refund original shipping costs.

Final sale items

For safety and because of how they are made, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Car seats (due to strict safety regulations)
  • Custom, personalized, and special-order items
  • Seasonal items
  • Sale items

Cancellations

A cancellation request is only a request until confirmed by a SugarBabies team member. Once a shipping label has been created, an order is no longer eligible for cancellation.

In-store exchanges

We gladly accept merchandise purchased in store for exchange or store credit only. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Custom, seasonal, and sale items are final sale.
