You found something you love and cannot wait to get it. Most orders are hand-packed and shipped right from our storefront in Sumner, WA.

Standard U.S. shipping

We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx using the most cost-effective method, Monday through Friday. Standard shipping typically takes 2 to 5 business days. These times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Your order may arrive in multiple packages, and you will receive tracking by email. Expedited options are available by request, just call 253-299-6221. We do not currently offer international shipping.

In-store and curbside pickup

Local customers can pick up for free. Select Curbside Pickup at checkout to skip shipping charges, and we will call you when your order is ready.

Furniture and freight

We offer several furniture delivery options: free in-store pickup, local delivery to the greater Puget Sound area, and LTL freight to your curbside for larger items. Select pieces also ship via UPS and FedEx, and all furniture bundles ship free.

Lost or damaged packages

The risk of loss passes to you when your order is delivered to our shipping carrier. If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged, we are happy to provide the documents needed to file a carrier claim. Please triple-check your shipping address.
