Travel Systems

Visited the store to compare various strollers and car seats. Came in with a few questions and asked for an associate. The gentleman who helped us was amazing!

I got the Doona+ stroller car seat combo! The ladies in there were so kind, friendly, and just wonderful to chat with, and I was immediately impressed. They answered my questions with a smile and I got a cute and functional stroller. Couldn't recommend this place more!

Great customer service. Despite the chair delivery date coinciding poorly with my schedule, I'm grateful for the owner and staff who called me to give regular updates on shipping when it was outside of their control. So patient and thoughtful, thank you team!

Best baby boutique. We still shop here even after we moved states! So thankful their online presence is just as strong as their customer service in person.

Everyone who works here is amazing, especially Jessie the CPST who came in even with her foot in a cast to teach us how to properly install our car seat. We bought a stroller and car seat combo and one of the employees actually drove it over to our house. Everyone went above and beyond!

I cannot emphasise enough how lovely they are! Helpful, and they take the time to get all our questions answered. They literally folded and unfolded strollers a dozen times for us with a smiling face. Very knowledgeable people. We will definitely go back for more baby stuff.

Great experience buying a stroller and car seat from here. The staff is so knowledgeable and kind. It was really nice to see how the features worked and get insight into the products that you wouldn't get online. We'll be shopping here again for sure.

Shoutout to Sam for providing us with a great experience and knowledgeable answers. As new parents, baby gear can feel overwhelming and complex, but Sam's expertise and advice made things much easier for us.

Super helpful staff. I went in a couple of times before deciding on a travel system, and they showed us the different systems and explained every one.

Sugar Babies was outstanding with their customer support when they corrected an erroneous address I submitted. They fixed the issue before it went to fulfillment, and it made it to California in less than a week. Great shop and great people!

They were helpful and kind. I had to cancel part of my order due to unforeseen circumstances and they were prompt and kind and were able to do it before it was sent out. They even called to double check.

Amazing purchase. Hands down the best car seat we've ever seen. Would 100% recommend. A special thanks to Sugar Babies for getting it to us so quickly.

Easy checkout experience and amazing customer service. I had one issue and it was resolved immediately!

Arrived quickly and packaged very nicely! Would definitely order from this company again.

Excellent customer service and a good variety of car seats.

Works great when traveling and made our experience a little bit easier. Got it quickly.

Always a pleasure shopping at Sugar Babies for my great-grandbabies.
