Refund & Return Policy
Not quite right? Here is exactly how returns, exchanges, and cancellations work.
Online Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with an online, non-custom item, you may return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of the date received. To be eligible, items should be unused and, if applicable, in their original, unopened boxes. Clothing must be unworn with tags attached. Oversize items may require a small restocking fee. Return Shipping
Customers who add Checkout+ at checkout receive a prepaid return label through our portal for any return request. If you opt out, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We cannot refund original shipping costs, including on orders that qualified for free shipping. If a return arrives used or is not the original item, a refund will not be issued.
Final Sale Items
For safety and because of how they are made, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: car seats (due to strict safety regulations), custom and special-order items, seasonal items, and sale items.
Cancellations
We will help with a cancellation when we can. A cancellation request is only a request until it is confirmed by a SugarBabies team member. Once a shipping label has been created, an order is no longer eligible for cancellation. Local orders selecting in-store pickup for a special-order item are also not eligible for cancellation.
In-Store Exchanges
We gladly accept merchandise purchased in store for exchange or store credit only. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Custom, seasonal, and sale items are final sale.
