SugarBabies ships packages and furniture to the contiguous United States. 

 

Though most orders go out within 48 hours, some larger orders may take 3-5 days to process before shipping. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

We proudly ship all orders from the US. Most orders are even hand packed and shipped right from our storefront in Sumner, WA.

You will receive tracking information via email when your order ships.
 
FREE SHIPPING: Orders over $99.99 and shipped within the contiguous United States qualify for free ground shipping. Orders that include oversize items may not qualify for free shipping. 

The risk of loss for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you the buyer when the merchandise is delivered to our shipping carrier. In the unlikely event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged we are happy to provide the necessary documents needed to file a claim with the carrier. Once a Claim is filed the average wait time is 30 days. No refunds or replacement product will be issued until the claim is settled.  
 

Please triple-check your shipping address. We send your order to the exact address you provide and are not responsible for incorrect information. If your item is returned to us because of an incorrect address a small re-shipping fee will apply.

We use USPS, UPS and FedEx to ship our packages. We ship via the most cost effective method. If you require a specific service for delivery please contact us for assistance.

Our standard shipping typically takes about 3-5* business days. Our shipping times are always an estimate. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee these time frames. Unforeseen events out of our control may lengthen the shipping time.

International Shipping

In Store Pickup

We are happy to provide in store pickup as well as curbside pickup to our local customers! Please select CURBSIDE PICKUP at checkout to forego shipping charges. We will call you when your order is ready for pickup so please ensure a good phone number is associated with the order. If you are placing a order on the weekend and need to pick it up the same day, please call 253-299-6221 for assistance. 

Shipping Oversized Items

If you purchase an item that is of a larger size/weight like a fully assembled dresser or nursery chair it may not qualify for free shipping. Your shipping charge will appear on checkout. SugarBabies strives to keep shipping costs as low as possible!

Furniture

We know how overwhelming a purchase of this magnitude can be and proudly offer several convenient delivery options to fit your needs: local in-store pickup, local delivery & LTL freight carrier. Select pieces even ship via UPS and FedEx. 

Due to their size and fragility, most furniture items do not qualify for free shipping. 

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

These orders will arrive via freight liner and be delivered to your curbside.

White glove delivery is available with most carriers for furniture orders at an additional cost. Call us if you need the items brought into your room of choice and unpackaged and we can set up white glove delivery for you. 

Once your furniture order is placed, and if all items are in stock, please allow 3-7 business days for it to ship since these items require more time to package and get on a truck.

LOCAL DELIVERY: We work with a locally owned and operated company to provide local furniture delivery to our customers residing in the greater Puget Sound area. Rates are competitive and delivery is scheduled around your availability.

The security of our shoppers is paramount so we proudly partner with PayPal to securely process credit card payments. It is important to note that we never receive your credit card information. 

Due to the increase in credit card fraud SugarBabies takes additional precautions when shipping orders. Your order may be held or cancelled if the purchase appears to be fraudulent.
